Within a week of my first contact Sharin from Gladys had arranged three extremely attentive carers so that one of them can visit my aunt for an hour or so each day. The team have been visiting for three weeks now and have been shopping with her, taking her to medical appointments, offering valuable companionship, preventing minor household crises, helping with hearing aids, a haircut, ensuring my aunt takes her medication and so much more.
