We are so happy that Angela and Davina are looking after my mum. Their care and friendship to mum is proving beneficial daily. It has taken a while for mum to realise she needed a little extra help, being stubbornly independent, however the gentle encouragement, sensitivity and understanding is winning through. We get daily messages and updates and photos too. Knowing that mum is getting the help she needs is such a relief as myself and my brothers do not live close. Thank you Gladys Care team.

Praise where Praise is due I can't thank Gladys care enough from my initial contact and throughout the period of care required for my dad, from finding the most suitable carers to introducing them to my dad and myself their whole system worked so smoothly also being able to reduce the care time gradually as required as my dad recovered from his stay in hospital. Excellent service and great people to help with any enquiries we had during the whole process. Many thanks to the whole team at Gladys Care keep up the excellent work.

Gladys responded immediately to my enquiry, providing details of the services they offered and ensuring I was kept fully updated. They quickly identified a suitable carer who lives very close to my father which makes a big difference. The carer is highly qualified with direct experience of my father’s medical condition which is extremely reassuring. Just as importantly, they are a great personality match for him, which has helped him feel comfortable and at ease from the outset. Within a week of my first contact Sharin from Gladys had arranged three extremely attentive carers so that one of them can visit my aunt for an hour or so each day. The team have been visiting for three weeks now and have been shopping with her, taking her to medical appointments, offering valuable companionship, preventing minor household crises, helping with hearing aids, a haircut, ensuring my aunt takes her medication and so much more. Quite simply the Gladys team are making it possible for my aunt to fulfil her wish of staying in her own home. Thank you Gladys.

When my wife's health started to decline due to Parkinson's Disease, we decided to plan for the future care that was going to be needed. "We used Gladys earlier this year when my Dad who suffered from heart failure and Alzheimer's went rapidly downhill after a hospital stay. As soon as we spoke to Gladys there was a huge sense of relief that they were able to help find us carers to support Dad and at very short notice. The carers were really lovely and able to match their services to what Dad needed, as it changed on a daily basis. They were very flexible and covered each other during any time off.
